Licensed Home Inspector
My name is Jerimia Wood and I have been doing home inspections for over 3 years. I have completed over 1,000 inspections in my career with other companies! I decided to start my own business and look forward to being an integral resource and service those on their journey to homeownership.
What We Do
I provide detailed, easy-to-read reports that outline any issues I find during the home inspection as well as recommendations for repairs and maintenance. My reports include photos and descriptions of any areas of concern. I provide my reports within a 24-hour turnaround period and put emphasis on communicating with agents and clients to ensure the clients have as smooth of a homeowning journey as possible.
How We Do It
I use new generation equipment for the inspections such as: an infrared camera to help find temperature differences to detect issues such as missing insulation and leaks; a drone for inaccessible areas on the roof; and a moisture meter to pinpoint stains and damage caused by excess moisture. My goal is to provide the most information and best service you could ask for.

I am a certified professional inspector through InterNACHI and licensed in South Carolina. Above are just a few of my certifications I have. License number 49805, I'm also a licensed Drone Pilot. I take pride in my work and put emphasis on continued education so I can provide the best service possible!
